*This 10-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty* remains in effect provided that: Gutters are cleaned and flushed at least once every 12 months to remove leaves, debris, and clogs. Cleaning is performed by Austin Gutters LLC or another licensed and insured gutter company, and you can provide an invoice or work order showing the annual cleaning. Warranty does not cover severe storm damage, negligence of others, roof work by others, or acts of God.
